I kindly ask that if you have to cancel, please do so 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No show guests will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will not be allowed to reschedule without a deposit. If a guest arrives 15 minutes or later, we will either have to reschedule and you will be charged a fee or we can discuss a lesser service for the time remaining. In this event, guest must pay 100% of the service originally scheduled. I understand delays happen and unexpected events come up. If these things happen, please communicate with me as best as you can and we can come up with a solution. Thank you for your understanding!
